A: For the best results, please arrive with your natural curls worn down, styled with your usual products, and no more than 2 days since your last wash day. Your hair should not be in ponytails, buns, braids, twists, clips, or arrive wet—these can alter your curl pattern and may require rescheduling the appointment.
For first-time clients, coming in with properly prepped, natural curls is especially important so I can clearly see your true texture, shape, and curl behavior. This allows me to design a cut that supports your hair exactly as it grows and moves.
Q: How late can I arrive to my appointment?
A: You’re welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes late without impacting your service. However, if you arrive later than 15 minutes, I may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure you still receive the full quality of service and that the rest of the day’s schedule stays on track.
